WS-1490 CNC Wood Plywood MDF Laser Cutting Machine Features:
1.China top brand CO2 glass laser tube, laser power available: 60W, 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W, 180W, 280W, 300W. The machine engraves and cuts non-metals. 60W-100W do both engraving and cutting. 130W and above mainly cuts, also engrave lines.
2.Machine transmission is integrated guide bar. Rail and belt are integrated. Bigger slider reduces resonance so that cutting precision is better.
3.High power industrial water cooling system cools the CO2 laser tube and ensure stable laser output.
4.RDC6445G CNC control system with RDworks laser software support files: DXF, PLT, AI, LXD, BMP, etc. Machine read files from computer, and from USB flash as well.
5.Precision stepper motors with ratio gear, cutting edge is more smooth.
6.Air assist during cutting, removes heat and combustible gases from the cutting surface. Oxygen is necessary when cutting steel.
7.Extractors removes fumes and dusts caused during cutting.
8.Based on your working requirements, we have some optional functions for your choice:
- red dot, showing position of laser dot on material.
- motorized up-down table, allowing more space for thicker or bigger items processing.
- rotary, assisting cylindrical items processing.
- auto focus, replacing manual focus which improves working efficiency.
- Solenoid valve, allowing air blowing only during cutting.

Motorized up-down table.
With this function, the machine table can be lifted in Z direction (up-and-down) to get more working space. It is necessary if you use rotary or engrave/cut items thicker/higher than 50mm.
2. Rotary (2 types)
It is used to hold and rotate cylindrical items during engraving and cutting, such as wine bottles, glasses, mugs, pipes, etc.
3. Red dot
Laser is invisible. Red dot shows the laser position on material, for better locating.
4. Auto focusing
Auto focusing has to work together with motorized up-down table. The machine adjusts the focal length automatically before engraving and cutting, which replaces manual focusing, improving working efficiency.
